Do you have retail outlets?

Yes, we have 5 retail outlets. Our Flagship Store is at Jurong Point. Our other outlets are at Hougang 1, Parkway Parade, Yew Tee Point & North Point City. All our outlets operate from 10.30am to 10pm.

Are all items instore available online?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the high turnover rate of our business, we are unable to have all our instore products online. However, we have uploaded our bestsellers and should there be any items you wish to see in store, feel free to let us know via the inquiry or chatbox.

How to Order?

Go to store

  1. Add items you want to cart by clicking on ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Select Options’.
    1. If you click on ‘Add to cart’, the item will be added directly to your cart in the top right-hand corner.
    2. If you click on ‘Select options’, you will be directed to view the product information. After which you will click on ‘Choose an option’ drop down menu and click on the variation you would like. Select the quantity and click on Add to cart. Item will then be added to cart in the top right-hand corner.
  2. After you are done adding all the items you would like to purchase, click on cart to checkout.
  3. If you have a coupon code, type in your coupon code and click on ‘Apply coupon’. Discount/Voucher should be reflected in cart totals.
  4. If you qualify for free shipping, ensure that you click on free shipping instead of flat rate before checking out
  5. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and key in billing details. If you would like to ship the items to a different address ensure that you check the box next to “Ship to a different address?” and fill up the details.
  6. Select your payment method and click on ‘Place order’
  7. Follow through the steps for your preferred payment method and you will receive your items in 3-5 working days.

Change/Cancel orders

All orders made are final. We are unable to process changes in & cancellation of orders while the order is processing. Cancellation is only applicable if there are items in your order that are out of stock.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I have ordered and paid?

Our products go through stock management system to ensure this does not happen however due to unforeseen circumstances the item may be out of stock, our logistics team will contact you via call or SMS to let you know, we will then refund the amount you have paid for via your payment method or you can change the item to another item of the same value.

Payment Options

Paynow

  • Paynow transactions is secure and adopts the same security standards established by the banking industry in Singapore for funds transfer. Please ensure that you follow the instructions for oaynow payment.

Credit Card via Stripe

  • Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.

How to Use a Coupon Code

  1. If you have a coupon code, type in your coupon code and click on ‘Apply coupon’. Discount/Voucher should be reflected in cart totals.

Unable to Apply Coupon

Reasons you can’t use your coupon code:

    1. A minimum spending required.
    2. The Coupon has reached its Usage Limit.
    3. The Coupon is non-stackable.
    4. The Coupon is expired.
    5. Terms & Conditions of Vouchers.

Delivery & Shipping Fee

  1. A flat rate of $5 is charged on all orders below $30
  2. Free shipping for all orders above $30. To qualify for free shipping order amount must be above $30 after the coupon has been applied.

Delivery Service Provider

We use our own in house delivery service. Our delivery driver will contact you the day before delivering your items. If you are unavailable to receive your items, please rearrange with the delivery man.

We are sorry to inform you but unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the locations listed below:

    5. Army Camps
    6. Seletar Aerospace
    7. Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
    8. Turf Club Avenue
    9. Sentosa Island
    10. Singapore Prison Quarters
    11. Airbase Sites
    12. ST Kinetics
    13. Hospitals
    14. Powergrid
    15. Airports and all airport areas including Airport Boulevard.

Delivery Time

Order Processing takes 1-2 working days. Delivery takes an additional 1-3 working days. Processing and delivery may take longer due to Public Holiday.

How to Track Your Order

We currently do not have a tracking service for our shipments and deliveries. Our delivery driver will contact you the day before delivering your items.

Order Status Explanation

Pending Payment

  • Payment has yet to be made. Please make payment for your items as soon as possible.

Processing

  • We have received your order, please give us 3-5 working days to deliver them to you.

Completed

  • Item has been delivered to customers.

Refunded

  • The paid amount has been refunded to the account that is made to do the payment.

I cant find my welcome email.

Please check your spam/junk folder for your welcome email. After this, mark the email as not spam to prevent this from happening again in the future.

Can I unsubscribe from email marketing?

We are so sorry to see you go but you can do so by opening your emails and scrolling to the bottom of the email and clicking on “unsubscribe from list”.
